Strongbridge to support Defense Department

WASHINGTON: The office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics has hired Strongbridge Corp for communications and outreach support.

WASHINGTON: The office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics has hired Strongbridge Corp for communications and outreach support.

The contract is worth more than $1.5 million, according to an awards notice. The company will provide media relations support, including strategic messaging, contributed articles, and media event planning, according to the RFP.

Strongbridge will also develop presentations for outreach opportunities and support logistics requirements. The contract is for one year, with the option of a four-year renewal.

"They presented the best value in response to the RFP," Cheryl Irwin, a press representative for the office of the Under Secretary said. Representatives from Strongbridge did not return request for comment.
