Pierce rejoins Fleishman as SVP focusing on GM

DETROIT: Fleishman-Hillard has named Dan Pierce SVP of its General Motors business. He previously worked at the agency from 2000 to 2005.

DETROIT: Fleishman-Hillard has named Dan Pierce SVP of its General Motors business. He previously worked at the agency from 2000 to 2005.  

Pierce, who will report to SVP and partner Tom Pyden, will work on creative communications initiatives to increase brand awareness and build buzz among consumers for the GM brand.

Most recently, Pierce worked at Ford Motor Co. for two years, leading the environmental and safety communications team.
