JPMorgan hires Kornblau in corporate comms

NEW YORK: JPMorgan Chase & Co. has hired Mark Kornblau as MD of corporate communications.

NEW YORK: JPMorgan Chase & Co. has hired Mark Kornblau as MD of corporate communications.

Kornblau will work on strategic communications for JPMorgan's performance and reputation, as well as media relations for the company's corporate responsibility efforts. He reports to MD and global corporate communications director Joe Evangelisti.  

Kornblau was the communications director and spokesman for Ambassador Susan Rice at the US Mission to the UN. He also served as senior adviser and national spokesman for former North Carolina Sen. John Edwards' 2008 presidential campaign. Kornblau was also VP of corporate communications at Zagat and press secretary for John Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign.
