SAN FRANCISCO: Weber Shandwick has expanded its Emergent China practice, which aims to help China-based companies and state-owned enterprises enter international markets.

Emergent China has a presence in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The practice assists clients with international communications strategy, product launches, executive communications, consumer marketing, social media, corporate reputation, issues and crisis management, public affairs, government relations, and lobbying.

EVP William Brent is leading the group from San Francisco, with additional team members in Shanghai, Beijing, San Francisco, Washington DC, London, Brussels, Johannesburg, Sao Paulo, and New Delhi.
