Hill+Knowlton Ottawa office makes leadership changes

OTTAWA, ONTARIO: Hill+Knowlton Strategies' Ottawa office has hired Jane Billings as VP and procurement group leader. It also promoted Jack Hughes to VP and group leader for public affairs.

OTTAWA, ONTARIO:  Hill+Knowlton Strategies' Ottawa office has hired Jane Billings as VP and procurement group leader. It also promoted Jack Hughes to VP and group leader for public affairs.

Billings has worked for the Privy Council Office, Public Safety Canada, and Public Works and Government Services Canada. She has also served as senior assistant deputy minister at the Public Health Agency of Canada.

Prior to joining H+K this spring, Hughes was a lawyer with Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, and served as the national leader of its defense and security industry group.

Earlier this month, H+K hired Amy Rosenberg as EVP and US director of media relations, a new role at the agency.
