Trade association taps IPG firms for frozen-food effort

MCLEAN, VA: Trade association the American Frozen Food Institute has brought on an agency team comprised of Interpublic Group-owned GolinHarris, McCann Erickson, and Casanova Pendrill for a national consumer campaign.

MCLEAN, VA: Trade association the American Frozen Food Institute has brought on an agency team comprised of Interpublic Group-owned GolinHarris, McCann Erickson, and Casanova Pendrill for a national consumer campaign.

The selection of the IPG team followed a formal agency review.

Golin will handle the PR portion of the assignment, while McCann will lead advertising, and Casanova Pendrill will oversee Hispanic communications.

The agencies will work to promote the newly formed Frozen Food Roundtable, a group dedicated to promoting the benefits of frozen foods to consumers.
