Premium vodka brand Beluga picks Eulogy in UK

LONDON: Russian premium vodka brand Beluga has appointed Eulogy as its first retained UK agency.

LONDON: Russian premium vodka brand Beluga has appointed Eulogy as its first retained UK agency.

The firm has started working on the year-long contract after winning a three-way pitch for the consumer and trade business.

Eulogy, which formed a strategic partnership with New York-based DiGennaro Communications in 2012, is also charged with promoting the brand's ultra-premium Gold Line vodka.

Beluga is working on its expansion in the UK, having been available since September 2012. It is currently stocked in high-end department stores Harrods, Selfridges, and Harvey Nichols.

“With ambitious growth plans for 2013, this is an important time for Beluga,” said Pavel Ulyukaev, export marketing manager for the brand. “Eulogy is the first PR agency we have hired in the UK and during the pitch process we felt it totally understood our brand and our brief.”
