Consumers not only want to purchase goods and services, they want to buy from companies that make their lives easier and better. Ad agency Arnold Worldwide found that “Sherpa brands,” such as Weight Watchers, Fidelity, Monster, and SK Telecom, guide consumers by making the decision-making process simpler and minimizing stress. Nearly nine in 10 consumers prefer brands that provide the right tools, information, and recommendations, according to the survey.
