Denver issues RFP for preparedness program

DENVER: Denver has issued an RFP for marketing and campaign support, containing various PR elements, for READYColorado, a program that prepares citizens for major emergencies. The RFP calls for the winning vendor to conduct media outreach; write Op-Eds; issue press releases; and establish a media plan resulting in coverage. The value of the year-long contract is about $100,000. Proposals are due February 5.
