Havas reorganizes group structure

PARIS: Havas recently simplified its group structure around two divisions: Havas Media and Havas Worldwide. Havas Media will cover brands including Havas Sports & Entertainment, Media Contacts, Arena, and MPG, while Havas Worldwide will house all advertising, marketing, and PR agencies, including all Euro RSCG brands and independent agencies like Arnold Worldwide. A representative from Havas told PRWeek that the Paris-based holding company announced the final changes internally last week, but has no plans to reach out to discuss the restructure externally. Alfonso Rodés will oversee Havas Media, while David Jones, global CEO of Euro RSCG Worldwide, will oversee Havas Worldwide. Both units reporting to Havas CEO Fernando Rodés
