It seems mainstream media just can't get enough of writing about the PR discipline lately. Both The Washington Post and the Boston Globe ran profiles of agency leaders in their Sunday business sections this week.

The Post spoke to Maroon PR's founder John Maroon about everything from his first client, Cal Ripken, Jr., to his monthly Blackberry bill, while the Globe hosted a Q&A with Lynne Kortenhaus about her Boston firm, Kortenhaus Communications, and its luxury-focused clientele.

This weekend's coverage isn't likely to cause the flap that last Sunday's New York Times piece did. Though, maybe the Duet sisters on Bruno will? What's fueling all this interest in PR? Taking responses...
