White House taps Richardson, Briscoe for PA at drug policy group

ROCKVILLE, MD: The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) named Douglas Richardson the deputy director of public affairs, effective August 10, and Daren Briscoe the deputy associate director of public affairs, effective July 27.

ROCKVILLE, MD: The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) named Douglas Richardson the deputy director of public affairs, effective August 10, and Daren Briscoe the deputy associate director of public affairs, effective July 27. Briscoe, a former reporter for Newsweek, reports to Richardson, who, in turn, reports to Timothy Quinn, chief of staff. Richardson previously worked for mCapitol Management, a government relations, marketing, and business development firm.
