Fox is using Twitter to build buzz about some of its new and returning shows, coining the phrase Tweet-Peat, Variety reported. Cast members and producers of shows like Fringe and Glee will live-Tweet during a repeat of the show. Glee, which is new this season, aired its season premiere in the spring to build buzz for its fall debut, while Fringe will re-air its season finale leading before new season. Variety reported:
Cast and producers from both shows will log on to Twitter during airings of both shows (which Fox has dubbed "tweet-peats"); those tweets will then be simultaneously telecast in a lower-third scroll on Fox.

The Fringe Tweet-Peat will be Thursday at 9pm, while Glee will be Friday at 9pm.
