FEMA hires Ogilvy, L-3 for support

WASHINGTON: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) hired Ogilvy PR Worldwide and L-3 Communications to provide support for the National Level Exercise, an annual program developed to prepare the government for crisis, in 2010.

WASHINGTON: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) hired Ogilvy PR Worldwide and L-3 Communications to provide support for the National Level Exercise, an annual program developed to prepare the government for crisis, in 2010.

Ogilvy is tasked with developing and implementing simulated media responses to disaster situations to help train FEMA officials and public information officers in communications. The 18-month account began in May 2009.
