NEW YORK: Century 21 Real Estate is reviewing all of its marketing partners, including its PR agency Burson-Marsteller.

“We are currently engaged in a review of all of our strategic marketing partners,” CMO Bev Thorne told PRWeek in an e-mailed statement. “We constantly evaluate our strategic partners to ensure optimum value for the Century 21 System."

A representative from Burson declined to comment.

In June, Century 21 CEO Tom Kunz told PRWeek, “Our PR group [focuses] on our franchisees, getting communications out to them [about] what Century 21 is doing. That's also directed to our sales agents.”

He added that the company plans to do more education on local consumers, in addition to putting more attention on C21 talk radio and its digital properties like C21 Communities, and a partnership with Realtor.com and Facebook and Twitter.
