SAN FRANCISCO: Peppercom has reorganized its West Coast office, eliminating the director role, confirmed Ann Barlow, president of Peppercom West Coast. Barlow said that the tough economy caused the agency to eliminate the senior role, which will now be dispersed between a management supervisor and an account supervisor. Sandy Pfaff, the former director of Peppercom West, has been acting as a consultant for the agency since May.

Beth Starkin, who worked at Peppercom's New York office, joined its West Coast operation as management supervisor on October 12. She will also focus on the agency's clean tech practice.
