Perino nominated for Broadcasting Board of Governors

WASHINGTON: President Barack Obama said he would nominate Dana Perino, chief issues counselor for Burson-Marsteller and former press secretary for President George W. Bush, as a member of the Broadcasting Board of Governors.

WASHINGTON: President Barack Obama said he would nominate Dana Perino, chief issues counselor for Burson-Marsteller and former press secretary for President George W. Bush, as a member of the Broadcasting Board of Governors.

Other nominees include Victor Ashe, a US Ambassador to Poland; Dennis Mulhaupt, MD of Commonwealth Partners; and S. Enders Wimbush, SVP of international programs and policy at the Hudson Institute.
