NEW YORK: The Piacente Group (TPG) has launched a social media program designed for interaction between public companies and investors, a sector generally more weary of social media tools. Its applications include blogging, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, voice and video podcasting, user-created content, and RSS, among other tools. The new program, which is customized for individual companies, is headed by Kristen McNally, EVP of client operations, and Robin Bertelsen, director of operations. The firm says that most of its clients are in the beginning stages of using the program.
