On Tuesday, Cisco announced the 2011 release of an Android-based tabled called the Cius. The device, which will be pitched directly to the business market, is Cisco's attempt to bring businesses aboard the tablet bandwagon.

Video conferencing—perhaps the product Cisco is best known for—is the focal feature of the Cius; the tablet boasts a 720p-capable camera on its front, in addition to the 5 megapixel camera on its back.

Other features include 3G/4G capabilities, Wi-Fi, HD audio and video out, a lengthy battery life, and close integration with all of Cisco's other business applications, as well as the Google/Android market.

The cost of the device has not yet been announced.
