Cone launches nonprofit marketing division

BOSTON: Omnicom-owned agency Cone has launched a marketing division aimed at helping nonprofit groups and businesses strengthen their brands and raise funds.

BOSTON: Omnicom-owned agency Cone has launched a marketing division aimed at helping nonprofit groups and businesses strengthen their brands and raise funds.

The new division will be led by the current head of the agency's cause branding division, Alison DaSilva (EVP) who, along with her team, will work across both groups.

Andrea List, senior insights associate said the new division was borne out of the agency's experience of working with nonprofits, including the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, and American Kidney Fund.

Nonprofit marketing is Cone's fifth discipline. As well as cause branding, they encompass brand marketing, CSR and crisis prevention and management.
