Warschawski acquires Louder Than Words

BOSTON: Warschawski, a Baltimore-based ad and PR firm, acquired the marketing communications firm Louder Than Words, effective November 1.

BOSTON: Warschawski, a Baltimore-based ad and PR firm, acquired the marketing communications firm Louder Than Words, effective November 1. Louder Than Word's president Rich Polt joins Warschawski in Baltimore as SVP, while VP Tricia McKenna will lead Warschawski's new Boston office.

All of the firm's clients will join the new agency, including Brand Affinity Technologies and the Nonprofit Finance Fund, as McKenna will oversee the transition and continue to manage those clients. Polt, who returns to Warschawski after serving as VP at the agency in the late 1990s, will oversee client management, focus on new business development, and help with day-to-day operations.
