RABAT, MOROCCO: The Moroccan National Tourist Office (MNTO) recently issued an RFP for an agency to conduct PR work in American markets. The budget for the 3-year contract ranges from $390,788 to $1.9 million per year.
The search has been narrowed to four agencies: HL Group, 5WPR, Latitude, and BPCM, according to documents related to the RFP.
According to the RFP itself, MNTO is looking to expand its PR strategy in US markets with the goal of promoting Morocco as a travel destination. The work will include developing programs to increase consumer loyalty, media relations, organizing press trips, workshops and events, fostering relationships with US-based travel agents, and developing communications and outreach materials.
MNTO could not immediately be reached for comment.
