ESPOO, FINLAND: Nokia has tapped Next Fifteen to handle PR for its global headquarters, UK, and US business after a review that sought to consolidate the companies communications efforts.
Next Fifteen agencies Bite Communications, Text 100 and 463 Communications will handle the account, which was previously serviced by three separate agencies, according to PRWeek UK. Previously, Ketchum handled the account in the US, Good Relations in the UK, and Golin Harris supported the communications needs of Nokia's head office.
Reportedly the aim of the consolidation is to create greater synergy and results in the two key media markets.
The win for Next Fifteen followed a multiple round review involving Emanate, Cohn & Wolfe, and Fleishman-Hillard. Emanate and Next Fifteen were the finalists.
