OLMSTEAD TOWNSHIP, OH: The high-performance blending-equipment company Vitamix has hired Rosetta Marketing Group as the company's first interactive AOR after a competitive review.

The project includes a varied range of interactive marketing services, such as user testing, creative design, content strategy, website development, SEO, paid search marketing and advanced analytics for Vitamix.com.

Vitamix began in 1937 when its founder, W.G. Barnard, introduced an all-new product—the blender—to consumers. The family-run company sells to consumers and institutions.

The Paris-based Publicis Groupe announced earlier this month that it was acquiring Rosetta. Once the transaction is completed Rosetta is to operate as a standalone brand under the holding company led by Chris Kuenne, its founder and CEO.

Neither Vitamix nor Rosetta could be reached for comment.
