Wireless Health Institute hires Fletcher to head comms

SAN DIEGO: The West Wireless Health Institute, a non-profit medical research company, hired Mindy Tucker Fletcher, former SVP for Ogilvy PR Worldwide, as its new VP of strategic communications.

SAN DIEGO: The West Wireless Health Institute, a non-profit medical research company, hired Mindy Tucker Fletcher, former SVP for Ogilvy PR Worldwide, as its new VP of strategic communications.

At the institute, Fletcher will focus on internal and external communications, running programs, and engaging with individuals and companies in the medical world to help fulfill the organization's mission of lowering health care costs by improving wireless technology innovations.

At Ogilvy she worked in public affairs, guiding administration at both government and corporate levels. Prior to that, she worked for the government as director of communications for the Justice Department.
