Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia hires SVP, comms

NEW YORK: Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia has appointed Jeanne Meyer SVP of communications. She will report to Lisa Gersh, president and COO.

NEW YORK: Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia has appointed Jeanne Meyer SVP of communications. She will report to Lisa Gersh, president and COO.

Meyer will be responsible for leading and implementing a corporate communications strategy for MSLO's media and merchandising business.

She most recently served as EVP of corporate communications at Current Media. Previously, Meyer worked at EMI as SVP of corporate communications for the Americas, Robinson Lerer & Montgomery as SVP, and DKC as SVP and GM.

She also held communications roles at consumer goods company Lever Brothers and Dorf Stanton Communications, which is now part of Weber Shandwick. In addition, Meyer oversaw communications efforts at Toysrus.com and Pseudo Programs, an Internet TV company.
