BATTLE CREEK, MI: Kellogg is looking for a new AOR for its US brands after Weber Shandwick, which won the account at the end of October, resigned its role.

It is understood that Weber and sister agency Current Lifestyle Marketing had to resign due to possible conflicts that arose within its holding company, Interpublic Group.

Kellogg said last month that it would continue to work with Ketchum, its incumbent before it selected Weber, and MSLGroup on corporate communications and cause marketing projects.

“I have the utmost admiration for Kellogg, and I deeply regret the position we put them in,” said Harris Diamond, CEO of Weber and Interpublic's Constituency Management Group.
