Ypartnership, MMG Worldwide merge

KANSAS CITY, MO: MMG Worldwide and Ypartnership merged on Friday to form a travel marketing firm called MMGY Global.

KANSAS CITY, MO: MMG Worldwide and Ypartnership merged on Friday to form a travel marketing firm called MMGY Global.  

The firm's services will include PR, social media, advertising, web development, and customer relationship management. The rebranded MMGY will be based in Kansas City, with offices in Orlando, Denver, and New York.

Former MMG president and managing partner Clayton Reid will lead the new firm as president and CEO, while former Ypartnership chairman Peter Yesawich will be vice chairman.

Former MMG CEO Don Montague will be chairman of the new firm, and Chris Davidson, Ypartnership partner and chief client officer, will serve as EVP of global strategy and client leadership.
