Porter Novelli partners with Romanian firm

NEW YORK: Porter Novelli has entered into a partnership with Bucharest-based Nicola & Partners to expand its Eastern European presence.

NEW YORK: Porter Novelli has entered into a partnership with Bucharest-based Nicola & Partners to expand its Eastern European presence.

The agency, now called Nicola & Partners Porter Novelli, counts Krups, ABN AMRO Bank and UNICEF as clients.

"With a steady economic growth set to be bolstered by their entry into the European Union as early as January 2007, Romania is already home to many multinational corporations and is an increasingly important market for Porter Novelli," said Helen Ostrowski, PN CEO, in a release.

PN also holds audiences in Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Russia, the Slovak Republic, and Switzerland.
