WALTHAM, MA: Schwartz Communications introduced a measurable podcasting service this week that focuses on high-tech, medical and biotech companies.
The PR firm will also offer its clients the ability to bundle podcasts in to a comprehensive "Podbook."
Gary Thompson, executive VP and GM of the Schwartz San Francisco office, said one other benefit is that even though the studio is in the SF location, clients can record their podcasts remotely. He said clients have recorded podcasts from London and Mexico, to name a few places.
Netmanage, an enterprise information systems company based in Silicon Valley, is one company that created a podcast with Schwartz.
Ken Robinson, director of corporate communications for Netmanage, said the podcast has been an excellent source of lead generation for his company.
"The response to our podcast has been overwhelming," Robinson said in a statement. He said the podcasts garnered three times the response as Netmanage's traditional webinars.
"For any agency doing broadcast, that is incredible information," Thompson said.
