Ogilvy promotes Bell

WASHINGTON: Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide has named John Bell as managing director of 360 Degree Digital Influence, a group he helped launch in August 2005. Bell is also the executive creative director of creative studio, Ogilvy's interactive, broadcast, and print design group. He will expand the program to Ogilvy's international offices.
