Ad Council promotes Jacobsen

NEW YORK: The Advertising Council has promoted Susan Jacobsen to SVP, PR. Since joining the organization in 2000, Jacobsen has served as VP of corporate communications and worked to promote the Ad Council and its more than 50 PSA campaigns. In her new role, Jacobsen will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in the planning, direction, and execution of effective PR programs for the Ad Council and its campaign sponsors. She will also identify and incorporate new communications strategies and tactics to promote the organization and its campaigns, and also to identify and recruit new PR agency partners.
