WaggEd forms global affairs advisory council

WASHINGTON: Waggener Edstrom has formed a four-member global public affairs advisory council that will help advise the firm’s public affairs team and its clients on business, government, and public policy issues. The council consists of Daniel W. Caprio Jr., former president of the Progress & Freedom Foundation; Larry Irving, former assistant secretary of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration; Gary Locke, former Washington state governor; and Lance Tarrance, founding partner of the RT Strategies public opinion firm.
