These politicians, dignitaries, and celebrities, along with 12 other well-known people, are featured on the 20 different covers of Vanity Fair's Africa-themed July issue. Bono guest-edited the issue, and Annie Leibovitz shot the covers, which depict each of the subjects whispering facts about Africa to one another.
