Ed Gillespie joins Bush administration

WASHINGTON: President George W. Bush has named Edward Gillespie to serve as his new counsel. The founder and co-chairman of Quinn Gillespie & Associates was also Republican National Committee chairman for the 2004 cycle. Gillespie replaces Dan Bartlett, who recently stepped down.
