Burson boosts George to brand marketing MD

CHICAGO: Burson-Marsteller has promoted US creative director Chris George to MD of its brand marketing practice. Reporting directly to US practice chair Samantha Lucas, the 21-year Burson vet will be responsible for leading the Chicago-based marketing strategies team; he will also continue to advise agency leadership on all things creative. Prior to serving as CD, George worked on the agency's account side.
