Publicis acquires CCG

PARIS: Publicis Groupe has acquired China's Communication Central Groupe (CCG), an interactive marketing agency that offers creative design and other in-house services. CCG, which has 200 employees in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shenzen, will now become Digitas Greater China. The firm's clients include Philips, Unilever, and HSBC Investments. Neil Runcieman, CEO of CCG, was named president and managing director.
