DENVER: The University of Colorado (CU) has issued an RFP for implementation of strategic communications work for the Presidential Climate Action Project (PCAP), a university-led effort to highlight global warming as a presidential campaign issue. The RFP, whose value has not been set, calls for design and content work on marketing materials, stakeholder outreach, and media relations task. Proposals are due October 12, and CU expects to award the contract by early November.
