One Communications selects Peppercom

NEW YORK: One Communications has selected Peppercom to execute a PR program to raise brand awareness about its B-to-B telecommunications services. One Communications was formed as the result of the merger of Choice One Communications, CTC Communications, and Conversent Communications in July 2006. They serve 16 states in the Northeast, mid-Atlantic, and upper Midwest.
