WASHINGTON: Michael Baroody, a former EVP and spokesperson for the National Association of Manufacturers, and Ellen Field, a former deputy assistant secretary for Public Affairs at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, have joined Porter Novelli's DC office as EVPs. Career Washingtonians, Baroody will oversee the firm’s strategic development, while Field will head up its health and social marketing practice.
