Sears Holdings selects OgilvyOne as direct marketing and CRM AOR

NEW YORK: Sears Holdings has selected OgilvyOne, the digital and direct marketing unit of Ogilvy Worldwide as its direct marketing and CRM AOR. OgilvyOne will develop and manage the redesign, execution, and optimization of targeted marketing programs for both Sears and Kmart brands. This is the first CRM AOR for Sears Holdings. Previously, its direct marketing and CRM efforts were handled by a number of different agencies.
