Ketchum partners with social network expert Rob Cross

NEW YORK: Ketchum has partnered with social network expert, professor, and author Rob Cross, who will be helping to provide clients with a proprietary approach to map influencer networks. The methodology will be used by a variety of business units including the Stromberg Consulting unit, which focuses on change management and employee engagement; the Zócalo Group, which helps brands drive sustainable word of mouth; and the Ketchum Global Research Network, which provides research and measurement services to many of Ketchum’s multinational clients.
