Famously independent creative shop Naked Communications has sold to Photon Group, according to AdAge. While the shop apparently had many suitors, Naked went with Australia-based Photon because it felt the holding company would not try to integrate it with other firms. It would, essentially, let Naked be Naked. Could similar proposals from hands-off parent companies lead to some surprising acquisitions in the PR space?
