The Seattle Post-Intelligencer, Seattle Times, and ESPN have some great coverage of the lawsuit and controversy over moving the Seattle SuperSonics basketball team to Oklahoma City. Past owner Howard Schultz is suing current owners, Oklahoma-based The Professional Basketball Club, accusing the owners of "fraud" and "deception", hoping to void the 2006 sale because the buyers were deceptive about their plans for the team.

E-mails from co-owner Aubrey McClendon have surfaced in which he said, "the truth is we did buy it [the Sonics] with the hope of moving to Oklahoma City," evidence that could be key to Schultz's case. Meanwhile, attorneys for the Sonics are hoping the trial doesn't become a media circus. Good luck.
