Vocus reports $19 million in Q2 revenues

LANHAM, MD: Vocus reported $19.1 million in revenue for its second quarter ended June 30, a 7% increase from the first quarter and a 36% increase year-over-year. Among the business highlights, the company says that a record 265 new subscription customers were added, including CITGO Petroleum and the US Olympic Committee, and the company launched Vocus Summer '08. Vocus also provided guidance for the first time, expecting third quarter revenues to total from $19.6 million to $19.8 million. It proposed revised full-year revenue expectations of between $77.3 million to $77.8 million.
