McNerney joins Ipsos

NEW YORK: Matt McNerney joined Ipsos on July 8, assuming the role of president of Ipsos Loyalty in the US. The Loyalty division helps companies with customer satisfaction management, customer relationship management, and employee climate management. McNerney leads the company's team of loyalty researchers in the US and McNerney is now a member of the company’s leadership team across North America, with a seat at Ipsos Loyalty’s global management table. He was most recently president of TNS North America Client Solutions.
