Weber Shandwick taps Lean Plate Club's Squires for SVP

WASHINGTON: Weber Shandwick hired Sally Squires, former nutrition and health writer for the Washington Post and syndicated columnist, to serve as SVP, director of health and wellness in a newly created position. She will split her time between the Chicago and Washington offices, reporting directly to both Cathy Calhoun, president of the Chicago office and co-president of the global consumer practice, and Pam Jenkins, president of Powell Tate, Weber Shandwick's public affairs partner in Washington, DC. Squires created the Lean Plate Club franchise and is the author of two books.
