Fleishman acquires Paul Wilmot Comms

NEW YORK: Fleishman-Hillard has acquired a majority stake in Paul Wilmot Communications, an agency specializing in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle PR.

NEW YORK: Fleishman-Hillard has acquired a majority stake in Paul Wilmot Communications, an agency specializing in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle PR. According to a statement, the Paul Wilmot firm will continue to serve clients under the Paul Wilmot brand. Its clients include Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Oscar de la Renta, and M.A.C cosmetics, among others. Fleishman will work to expand the brand to other markets; Los Angeles, London and Tokyo are under consideration.

“Bringing Paul's strong brand and agency team into the Fleishman-Hillard family is a tremendous complement to two of our fastest-growing practices, entertainment and consumer marketing, as well as to our emerging luxury marketing practice,” Dave Senay, Fleishman's president and CEO, said in a statement.
