Page Society to honor Grunig, Drobis

CHATHAM, MA: The Arthur W. Page Society will honor University of Maryland communication professor emeritus James E. Grunig with its distinguished service award and former Ketchum CEO and chairman emeritus David Drobis with the 2008 Hall of Fame award at a luncheon ceremony on September 22. Grunig is the author of Excellence in Public Relations and Communication Management and more than 200 articles, books, book chapters, reports, and papers, according to the Page Society. Drobis was the first agency executive elected president of the Page Society, and is a former member of the organization’s board of trustees and the founding chairperson of the Council of Public Relations Firms, according to the organization.
