Northlich promotes three

CINCINNATI: Northlich, the brand consultancy and communications agency, promoted its head of PR, Rick Miller, and named his replacement: Mark Willis. Miller, who has been with the agency since 1994, will now serve in the newly-created position of chief growth officer and will handle the agency's growth and business development. Willis, formerly the VP and GM of the company's Columbus and Cleveland offices, will now serve as head of PR. Northlich also promoted Jeffrey Warman to executive creative director, replacing Don Perkins.
